Associate Director Legal Affairs - EMEA - (m/f) 100% - GVA

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial and R&D agreements.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
• Support corporate governance and manage external counsel.
• Act as deputy to the Head of Legal EMEA when needed.
• Contribute to the development of digital legal tools and compliance frameworks.

• Qualified lawyer in a European jurisdiction (Swiss or French qualification preferred).
• At least 10 years of experience in an international law firm and/or in-house legal department.
• Strong background in life sciences, commercial law, and competition law.
• Fluent in English; fluency in French or another EMEA language is a plus.
• Pragmatic, hands-on, and business-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
