Oversee the daily operations of Customer Care, including order management and processing, claims handling, coordination with third-party logistics providers (3PL), customer interactions, and master data maintenance.
- Manage and optimize tools for order intake such as EDI, OCR, and the web portal.
- Ensure full compliance with sales terms and conditions, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy, while addressing customer and stakeholder inquiries or complaints.
- Foster effective cross-functional communication and collaboration, maintaining strong and efficient relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively inform management of any delays, anomalies, or issues that may impact operations.
- Fluency in French, German, and English (minimum C1).
- Bachelor's degree/equivalent or CFC Commerce
- Previous experience in customer service
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with customer focused orientation.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
