Translation/Revision
- Translate documents from English to Spanish, coordinating with external contractors for larger projects
- Translate short texts and urgent documents as needed
- Revise and proofread Spanish translations for quality and consistency
- Provide feedback and training to internal and external translators
- Post-edit machine-generated translations to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with client teams on content and terminology
- Ensure translated content aligns with approved messaging
- Maintain the Spanish section of the translation database to support consistency and speed
- Test and manage new translation tools and technologies
- Manage the roster of external translators: assign tasks, collect quotes, support onboarding, and track availability
- Oversee translation-related purchase orders, quotes, invoices, and budgets
- Review translation requests, clarify scope and target languages, and confirm document readiness
- Prepare documents for translation, including formatting and pre-processing
- Finalize translated documents, ensuring proper layout and presentation
- Manage translation workflows and assign projects in multiple languages
- Coordinate timelines and delivery schedules with clients
- Track and manage document versions for complex or evolving projects
- Maintain and optimize CAT tools to improve translation quality and efficiency
- Provide technical support for CAT tools and liaise with software providers
- Support the Translations Lead with administrative tasks
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned

Translation/Revision- At least 5 years of experience as a translator/reviser, preferably in health, science, finance, or legal fields
- Strong expertise in computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools
- Experience managing glossaries and translation memories
- At least 2 years of experience as a translation project manager
- Proven ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management systems, including client portals and workflow tools
- Experience tracking and processing invoices within financial systems
