Machine Learning Ops Engineer

Richemont has a strong ambition to transform its business model towards New Retail. Part of this transformation is the “AI Center Of Excellence” that, among others, delivers Analytics & AI Projects for the different Maisons.
The Machine Learning Engineering team, belonging to “Richemont Group tech data platform”, supports this vision by developing the analytics and machine learning platform, best practices, templates and industrializing Analytics & AI Use Cases.This team is recruiting a Machine Learning Ops Engineer to work under the Lead Machine Learning Engineer.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?- Develop components of the analytics and machine learning platform, including: infrastructure modules, reusable components for AI/Analytics applications or architecture templates
- Industrialize, maintain and improve AI and analytics solutions in Google Cloud Platform
- Manage the infrastructure with special focus on reliance, security and scalability
- Partner with Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, Infrastructure & Data Engineers for the project delivery
- Graduate in Master program in Engineering, Data Science, or related fields or equivalent professional experience
- Proficient in Python programming & SQL (5 years or more)
- Practical experience in MLOPs (3-5 years or more)
- Professional experience in Google Cloud Platform (2 years +)
- Practical experience with infrastructure as a code, ideally Terraform (1 years +)
- Knowledge of Data Engineering principles
- Knowledge of REST API and microservices
- A dynamic, innovative & pragmatic mindset to problem solving, and an ability to think critically and objectively, both independently & within a team
- Proactive, curious and autonomous with a strong sense of ownership and always on the look to improve the current solutions
- Strong communication skills, English is a must, ease to collaborate in multicultural and multifunctional environments
- Experience in Vertex AI and DBT is a plus
