Your strong communication and organizational skills will help align stakeholders and drive strategic project success.

• Act as the main QC representative and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Prepare and oversee production campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
• Manage and process change requests and deviations in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Support and oversee customer audits as well as inspections by regulatory authorities.
• Calculate and monitor QC-related project costs, ensuring budget adherence.

• Master’s degree or PhD in natural sciences (biology, biochemistry, or pharmaceutical sciences).
• Previous experience in GMP environments and quality control is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
• Proficiency in common software applications (MS Office); knowledge of specialized systems (e.g., Documentum, LIMS, Trackwise) is a bonus.
• Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic, cross-functional teams.
