Marketing Manager EMBA HSG (m/f/d)
The Executive MBA HSG (EMBA HSG) is part of the Executive School of Management, Technology and Law at the University of St.Gallen. It is designed for experienced professionals and senior leaders who seek to enhance their strategic, leadership, and cross-functional skills in a global context.
Your tasks
Execute the defined marketing plan which aligns with Executive MBA HSG strategy. This includes but is not limited to:
- Conducting market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Creating, localizing, and publishing content across social media, email, CRM systems, and digital ad platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Google).
- Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance, including lead quality tracking, KPI reporting, and ROI analysis.
- Supporting collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (design, copywriting, recruitment, partners) and ensuring timely delivery.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all channels in line with HSG and joint branding guidelines (EMBA/IEMBA/EMBA ETH HSG).
- Representing the EMBA HSG at events (online/offline, local/international) and advising qualified candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
- Bachelor or Masters degree
- 2-5 years of marketing experience in executing activities across the full marketing mix (professional services and/or educational services marketing preferred).
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to multitask and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Creative team player with a positive attitude and a hands-on approach.
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards.
- Fluency in English and German.
