Provide administrative support including meeting logistics, document management, and mailbox coordination.
- Maintain and update records, intranet, and SharePoint information.
- Document, monitor, and improve administrative processes and services.
- Coordinate reporting, project management, and resource planning to ensure timely and complete information flow.
- Support financial oversight by reviewing costs and assisting with contract management.
- Contribute to security processes including credential checks, data loss prevention, and traveller support.
- Successfully completed further education in Business Administration or relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English; German and/or French an advantage
- Strong user in MS Office
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Impeccable time management skills with attention to detail
For our client, a financial institution in Basel, we are looking for an Administrative Officer to support the Corporate Security team in their daily activities. This role is currently temporary for 12 months.
