In this team you will learn about sales strategy, customer value management, project delivery and the impact digital transformation has in sales performance. We are a fast paced, multi-cultural team eager to welcome a motivated young candidate with an ambition to learn about the telecommunications business.This exciting internship is limited to 12 months.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Contribute to the implementation of the "Next Best Offer" sales strategy
- Help shape our roadmap by assessing and prioritizing ways of improving the relevance and attractiveness of our offers and promos
- Assist the Product Owners in driving the implementation of the new tool and recommendation engine by creating features and stories for the squad backlog
- Work together with our Commercial Stakeholders on implementing their needs into the sales tool and recommendation engine
- Further develop training and learning material
YOUR SKILLS:
- Studies in Business Strategy, Business Analytics, Communications, AI business models, Digitalization & Innovation, (Digital) Marketing, Computer Sciences, Consumer Behavior or Economics
- Interest in innovation, digital transformation and technology
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Affinity for technology
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills
- Team player
- Willingness to take initiative
- Ability to work independently on given tasks without close supervision
- Proficiency in English is a must, native German, Italian or French speaker is a bonus
