Support Relationship Managers in the daily management of client portfolios
- Prepare and follow up on account openings (KYC/AML documentation)
- Monitor and process client transactions (payments, transfers, securities orders)
- Maintain and update client documentation and records
- Act as a point of contact for client requests (emails and phone calls)
- Prepare reports and client meeting materials
- Liaise with internal departments (compliance, back-office, trading)
- Previous experience in a similar role within a private bank
- Good understanding of banking operations and KYC processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Client-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- French: fluent
- English: good working level required
- Use of S2i a big plus
- Swiss residency mandatory
