Travel Officer and HR assistant
Lausanne
Organise and coordinate travel and accommodation for employees, temporary staff (external providers), and clients.
- Provide guidance on customs, local regulations, and assist with obtaining required documentation (e.g. visas, permits)
- Ensure compliance with internal travel policies and applicable regulations.
- Proactively recommend improvements and innovative solutions to optimize travel processes.
- Manage travel-related issues including client complaints and service disruptions.
- Monitor and analyze travel costs to support budgeting and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Support HR-related administrative tasks as needed (e.g. onboarding, documentation, internal processes).
- Contribute to quarterly time management tracking and related HR reporting
- Act as a liaison between employees and HR for travel-related queries and policy clarifications
- Min 3 years of experience as Travel Officer
- HR experience is a plus
- English B2+/C1, French fluent
