Maintenance Engineer

agap2 is a European engineering and operational consulting group founded in 2005 and specialized in the industry. We work in the Pharma, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Energy, Infrastructure, Transportation, Chemicals, and Information Technology sectors.

As a consultant, you will have to support our clients in the realization of their projects on site by bringing your expertise and your skills.

You are agile and eager to adapt to different work environments that will fuel your curiosity of seeing what’s behind closed doors of the biggest projects of our client’s portfolio.

• Ensure equipment reliability through maintenance plans (predictive and corrective maintenance) and quick responses to breakdowns.
• Implement, update, change management and improve CMMS softwares efficiency, new products implementations
• Be responsible for the Spare Parts Management and ensure the availability of necessary parts to minimize production interruptions.
• Implement safety procedures LOTO for equipment interventions.
• Understand and support technical documentations and operations (commissioning of new equipments, qualification/validation protocols IQ OQ PQ, FAT/SAT, review of process design PIDs, ...)
• Shutdowns preparation and management
• Guarantee all maintenance actions with GMP norms.

• Master's degree in Industrial engineering or a related field
• 3 years minimum experience in maintenance engineering for pharma, biotech or medtech companies
• Fluent in English- and in German
• Swiss or EU nationality
