Team Leader - Change Management (m/f/x)
- You provide both personnel and technical leadership for the Series Support Team, Global Change Management & end-product documentation
- You ensure solid decision-making process for product changes
- You ensure the successful implementation of changes, from "Request for change" to manufacturing introduction"
- You allocate tasks and manage resources within your area of responsibility
- You foster the continuous professional development of team members
- You drive the development, analysis, and implementation of innovative technical solutions as well as manage associated decision-making processes
- You collaborate closely with cross-functional departments such as Design, Production, Customer Service, Component Testing, Product Management, Project Management and Sales
- You liaise with component suppliers to clarify technical specifications and ensure compliance
- You oversee the phase-in and phase-out processes of components and assemblies in coordination with Production, Sales, and Customer Service
- You optimize products based on internal and external customer feedback and complaints
- You prepare and deliver presentations for reporting and decision-making purposes
- You ensure continuous improvement of departmental processes to enhance efficiency and performance
- You hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- You have over 5 years of experience in project management, development or production management
- You bring with you a first experience in a leadership role
- You have a very good command of English and French (B2), whereas German is considered an asset
- You have advanced knowledge in MS Office, MS Project, PLM and ERP systems and are familiar with the Pro Engineer platform
- You are known for your enthusiasm and open personality. You have a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Your resilience and assertiveness further distinguish you
