Designer - Internal Combustion Engines (m/w/x)
- You design and modify components or assemblies with development engineers, taking project constraints into account
- You are responsible for creating drawings and technical documentation
- You perform tolerance calculations according to defined methodologies
- You develop and manage the bill of materials as well as general documentation in the PLM system
- You create 2D and 3D visualizations to clarify technical content, as well as technical presentations
- You work with related departments (calculations, testing, production, etc.) to achieve project objectives
- You are responsible for technical clarifications and co-design with suppliers
- You contribute to the training of apprentice designers
- You hold a CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) in the field of industrial equipment as a design drafter
- You have previous professional experience in a company
- You are proficient in French as well as in English or German
- You are skilled in using CAD tools (PTC Creo) and PLM systems (Windchill), and you have good knowledge of MS Office
- You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
- You stand out for your creativity, initiative, curiosity, and ability to handle stress
