• Manage payroll and ensure accurate tax filings (VAT, corporate), strictly aligned with German accounting and tax regulations.
• Prepare financial reports, support planning activities, and drive improvements in accounting processes and internal controls.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with strong expertise in bookkeeping, payroll, and tax compliance under German GAAP (HGB).
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proficient in Excel and experienced with DATEV implementation.
• Holds a degree in accounting or finance.
• Demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, autonomy, and strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage deadlines effectively.
• Experienced in setting up the accounting structure from scratch, continuously improving processes, and leading or supporting system implementations.
