Real Estate Investment activities:
- Conduct market and asset-level research to support acquisition strategy.
- Perform financial modelling and scenario analysis (DCF, hedonistic, etc.).
- Conduct due diligence processes across technical, legal, and financial aspects.
- Perform investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Real Estate Project Development activities:
- Supervise development and renovation projects, acting as the owner's representative.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards with local partners and consultants.
- Identify and manage key risks; ensure compliance with contractual and technical obligations.
- Track asset performance against business plans and support leasing or disposal strategy.
- Prepare regular investor reports and coordinate project governance (board meetings, updates).
- Ideally, a university degree in civil engineering or architecture, complemented by a specialization in finance.
- Over 5 years of experience in real estate asset management, including project development; experience in Switzerland is mandatory.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with experience in real estate modelling (DCF, hedonist, etc…).
- Technical expertise in construction processes and building systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Humility, critical thinking, and ability to synthesize information.
- Willingness and flexibility for day trips within Switzerland.
- Fluency in French and English is required; knowledge of German is a plus.
