• You are in charge of content creation (program positioning, messaging frameworks) across various channels (website, brochures, videos, email campaigns, social media)
• You translate insights and program features into clear, engaging and customer-centric narratives
• You identify testimonials, success stories and impactful learning experiences for promotional use
• You contribute to market analysis, campaign planning and performance reviews
• You provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness
• You work closely withe the digital marketing team to support campaign across paid media, SEO ad email marketing to enhance website traffic and user experience
• You use CRM and marketing automation tools (Pardot, Salesforce, Engagement Studio) to support strategies en ensure marketing activities are optimized
• You collaborate with production teams to develop promotional videos and multimedia assets (briefing, interviews, content review)

• University degree in marketing, communications or business
• At least 3-4 years experience in a similar position with proven track record of developing comprehensive marketing narratives
• Very good copywriting and storytelling skills in English (C2 level)
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to turn complex information into a clear, simple and persuasive message
• Digital fluent and AI savvy
