Analytical Project Manager (m/f/d)

Join our team as an Analytical Project Manager and help drive the success of innovative molecules from early-stage development to commercialization!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Analytical Leads to streamline processes and support product launches.
• Track actions and assist senior managers in achieving program objectives through effective project scheduling and coordination.
• Monitor project progress, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and report status to senior management.
• Facilitate team meetings, identify improvements, and assist in risk management.
• Prepare shipment documentation and enhance project communications with stakeholders.

• Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Experience in biotech or biopharmaceuticals, with a focus on analytical chemistry for new biological entities (NBEs & ADCs).
• Minimum 1 year of project management experience; PMO certification is a plus.
• Proficient in English, with intermediate skills in Italian and/or French.
• Strong multitasking and project management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Business acumen to identify improvement opportunities.
