THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking a self-motivated and proactive intern to join Vacheron Constantin Central Europe team.
This will be an operational role with a diverse range of responsibilities supporting the execution and analysis of all marketing and communication initiatives. It will suit someone who is hands-on, energetic, who takes initiative and is willing to gain exposure to a variety of tasks.
This is a 6 months internship starting in March 2026.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
EVENTS- Support the Project manager in events organisation and execution including client events, boutique activations, manufacture visits, etc.
- Manage external parties and suppliers and coordinate all the logistical aspects of our Boutique events
- Support the development of event marketing deliverables including PowerPoint presentations for pre-and post-event reports, invitations, internal agendas, in addition to other communications materials as required.
- Coordinate visual merchandising activities and ensure the implementation of animations in boutiques and POS
- Support the project manager in the assets creation for all our Media Plan bookings
- Track and report marketing spending
- Process and track marketing related bills, liaise with the accounting team when needed
- In charge of updating the marketing plan document on a daily basis

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of digital marketing tools
- Currently in or finishing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
- Fluent in French and English
