Junior Sales Assistant

As an Executive Assistant to the Vice President / Chief of Staff, you will work closely with a senior member of management and play a key role in supporting strategic, operational, and organizational activities.

You will act as a trusted interface between the Vice President / Chief of Staff, senior management, employees, clients, and external business partners. The role offers significant exposure to management-level topics, projects, and decision-making.

This position is ideal for a young, ambitious, and highly motivated personalitywho wants to develop quickly, take responsibility, and gain first-hand experience in a senior management environment.

• Commercial/business education or equivalent qualification
• Excellent German and English skills
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Interest in business, management, strategy, and corporate development
