IT Applicant Management & Integration Expert

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Application Customization & Integration Expert. You will play a crucial role in customizing and integrating application systems to optimize our internal processes.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and configure application systems to align with our internal processes and requirements.
• Integrate application systems with existing IT infrastructure and tools, leveraging your expertise to ensure smooth data flow and process automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system needs and requirements, providing expert guidance on capabilities and best practices.
• Develop and implement custom solutions to improve system efficiency and effectiveness, driving innovation in our IT landscape.
• Provide training and support to users on system functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing usage.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT integration and customization, recommending improvements and innovations to enhance our internal processes.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in customizing and integrating application systems, preferably in a corporate IT environment.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or C#; .NET experience is required.
• Familiarity with Apache or IBM MQ is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of IT processes and workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
