We are seeking a Senior Test Manager to join our agile Pricing Portal team (Pricing special conditions). In this role, you will be responsible for for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all testing activities to ensure software quality, compliance, and successful delivery within project timelines.

• Plans, designs, and oversees software testing activities across the development lifecycle
• Defines test strategies, coordinates test environments, and ensures defect tracking
• Collaborates with development, business analysts, and project managers to align testing with project goals
• Manages functional, regression, and non-functional testing processes
• Co-ordinate test environment use
• Support test automation coverage and capability for automated regression testing
• Ensures compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices
• Leads and mentors test team members, promoting continuous improvement in test efficiency and coverage

• Proven experience as a Test Manager or Senior Testing Lead in complex IT projects (min. 3 years)
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (agile, waterfall) and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM)
• Experience with test automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and performance testing tools
• Understanding of DevOps concepts such as CI/CD and the importance and value of automated testing
• Solid knowledge of banking or financial systems (preferred) and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, MiFID II)
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Advanced Level, PMP, or Agile Testing are highly desirable
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Willingness to learn new ways of working while supporting Julius Baer to transform itself
• You take pride of your work and strive to lead by example
• Fluency in English (verbal/written)
