Senior Manager Distributor Markets (m/f/d)

  1. Development of New Distribution Partnerships
  • Lead and advance ongoing partnering processes across Australia / New Zealand, South East Asia, and South Korea.
  • Identify, screen, and assess potential distribution partners.
  • Drive partner selection processes and lead contract negotiations through to successful agreement signing.
  • Prepare, challenge, and validate commercial and financial business cases.
  • Support internal decision-making processes at senior stakeholder level.
  • Ensure smooth business transitions when changing distributors, maintaining continuity and controlled handovers.
Regional Focus
  • Australia / New Zealand: Finalize partner selection and secure contract signature by December 2026, while managing the transition to a new distributor.
  • South East Asia:
  • Continue ongoing processes in two markets, targeting contract signature by April 2027.
  • Lead early-stage scouting and partner development in remaining markets, targeting contract signature by June 2027.
  • South Korea:
  • Lead partner scouting and selection process with the objective of reaching an internal decision by December 2026.
  • Continue with contract negotiations and execution (estimated additional 6-8 months).
  1. Management of Existing Distributor Markets
  • Manage and further develop distributor relationships across:
  • Australia / New Zealand
  • South Africa
  • Taiwan
  • Hong Kong
  • Selected Eastern European markets
  • Monitor and steer commercial performance, including sales, forecasts, inventory, and risks.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships with partners.
  1. Strategic and Operational Contribution
  • Deliver fact-based, commercially sound recommendations with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing strategies, governance frameworks, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams.

Professional Experience
  • Several years of experience at Senior Manager level in business development, distributor management, or commercial strategy, ideally in an international environment.
  • Proven track record in selecting and negotiating distribution partnerships.
  • Strong experience in building and evaluating commercial and financial business cases.
  • Experience working on contract negotiations in collaboration with Legal teams.
  • Exposure to managing international markets, ideally within the APAC region.
