Key responsibilities
In this role, you will act as a trusted financial business partner to the relevant business managers, driving the optimization of financial performance within the Robotics business area. You will play a key role in enabling effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business scenarios, and by recommending the most appropriate solutions.

This position supports the Robotics business area in Austria and Switzerland. Main stakeholders include middle management, department heads, team leaders, and regulatory authorities.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Shaping the business unit strategy, assessing its financial impact, developing scenarios, and providing actionable recommendations.
- Translating strategy into business plans, with close monitoring of measurable targets.
- Driving business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for your area.
- Managing the cost structure, optimizing productivity, and ensuring capital efficiency, including proactive cash flow management.
- Leading cross-functional initiatives in alignment with strategic goals.
- Ensuring transparent financial reporting, implementing internal controls, maintaining regulatory compliance, and mitigating business risks while safeguarding data quality and meeting closing deadlines.
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication with internal stakeholders to promptly identify and address operational, quality, and efficiency improvement opportunities within your area of responsibility.

Qualifications for the role- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project and/or business controlling, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and drive for excellence.
- Solid knowledge of risk management principles and project business processes.
- High attention to detail, strong accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on collaboration and solution-oriented approaches.
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience in a comparable role will also be considered.
- Proficiency in both German and English.
- Willingness to travel 30%–50% mostly within the DACH Locations.
