German-Speaking Inbound Sales Specialist

• Handle inbound sales inquiries from German-speaking clients
• Convert warm leads into sales through consultative approach
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Maintain high-quality customer interaction and sales performance
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets

• German (C1–C2) and English (B2+)
• Minimum 1 year of client-facing / calling-based sales experience
• Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
• Results-driven mindset with ability to work towards targets

• Monthly: €1,760 gross + uncapped quarterly bonus
• Annual: €24,640 – €32,000+ gross (14 salaries + uncapped bonus potential)
