AP Specialist (M/F/X)

• You review and process supplier invoices while ensuring proper approvals, accurate coding, and compliance with internal procedures.
• You monitor outstanding invoices, open balances, and payment-related items, making sure discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
• You support monthly and periodic closing activities, including accruals, provisions, reporting schedules, and related financial analysis.
• You analyse overhead costs and administrative expenses, identifying variances, trends, and unusual movements for management review.
• You contribute to intercompany recharge processes and cost allocation methodologies across different business areas.
• You ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial information in line with internal controls and compliance standards.

• You hold a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or you have an equivalent professional background.
• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in accounts payable, invoice management, cost analysis, accruals, provisions, or similar finance activities.
• You have previous experience working within an international or multinational company environment.
• You are comfortable working with financial systems and have a strong command of Microsoft Excel.
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify variances or anomalies.
• You are fluent in English and French, with strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly.
