- Responsible for gathering requirements, maintaining the backlog and coordinating stakeholder inputs across business units within the OPSD project
- Ensuring cross-functional collaboration to continuously improve operational decision-making tools
- Supervising the profitability of the project by monitoring cloud costs of the feature team
- Formulates new features & epics, defines business values, writes acceptance criteria and prioritizes features together with the Product Owner
- Ensures the delivery of the agreed project objective while adhering to budget constraints and quality requirements
- Proactive involvement in product development together with the Product Owner to ensure high quality, scalable solutions and presenting and explaining them to the feature team

- Master's or University degree in Business Administration or equivalent business experience in the airline industry for the last 5 years.
- Agile project management experience & strong skills in SCRUM & KANBAN
- Strong analytical skills especially regarding data-based decision support (cloud/Ops context)
- Excellent communication skills and adept in solving conflicts pro-actively
- Data-driven prediction/decision-making expertise and cross-departmental thinking and acting
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.
- Experience working within Aviation Operations would be an advantage
