Sales Manager with Recruitment Experience

Suppliers that participate in our marketplace are professional staffing, integration and outsourcing firms.

This generates massive added value for clients through budget and timelines optimization, and allows Eqip win enterprise clients despite existing preferred suppliers or other VMS software.

• Acquisition of new customers
• Assist Key Account Managers with current clients and sales activities
• Independent sales activities
• Maintaining customer data in CRM as well as regular reporting to Sales Director
• Development of new sales approaches in the team

• 2-3 years of professional sales or sales support experience, either in staffing or SaaS technology
• Independent and team-oriented work
• Networker with fun in acquisition and customer care. Profound communication skills
• Energetic, professional, pro-active attitude
• Attention to detail
• Fluent in English and German (Swiss German is a plus)
