Are you bright, curious and committed? Are you a Bachelors or Masters student in the final years of studies? And are you interested in the functioning of financial markets? Then join SIX Strategy and Investor Relations for a 6-12 months internship.
In an intellectually exciting and multifaceted role, you will have many opportunities to gain a deeper understanding of the functioning of financial markets overall and SIX Group’s role therein. SIX Strategy comprises activities surrounding the future positioning of SIX Group and its business units in the financial industry and strategic assistance to the executive board.The Investor Relation part entails regular reporting activities, preparing exchanges with rating agencies, roadshows, etc.. You will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of activities across all areas.
Desirable starting date of the internship: September 2025 or upon agreement.
What You Will Do- support the development of the SIX and business unit strategies, defining the future positioning of SIX
- prepare information & decision making material for SIX senior management & board of directors
- work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders from SIX Strategy and business areas
- drive research and data analysis activities (markets, competitive landscape, trends)
- collaborate with project teams on major strategic and M&A activities
- support the preparation of financial reports and roadshow material
- Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Banking & Finance or similar (graduated or in the final years of studies) with a strong academic record in relevant fields
- keen interest in strategy, innovation and financial markets
- advanced in Excel and PowerPoint with ability to comfortably conduct research, as well as analyze and synthesize data and information gathered
- hands-on mentality, proactive, self-motivated and collaborative personality, excellent presentation and writing skills
- very good verbal & written English skills, German and/or Spanish is a plus
