• Advisory Role: Act as a strategic advisor on HR matters to executive management.
• Global HR Projects: Lead and participate in global HR projects and initiatives.
• Talent Management: Focus on talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.

• Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Over 6 years + of experience in a regional or Global HR role within a global environment.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving, people management, and change management skills.
• Language: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Business Acumen: Ability to understand and align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
