Digital Enablement Specialist

Reporting to the head of department your main missions will be to :

• Oversee and enhance the functionality of various sales channels.
• Collaborate with agencies and suppliers to improve performances.
• Implement new tools/functionalities into the existing systems.
• Support digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer journey and maximize sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital engagement.
• Manage and monitor key performance indicators related to digital enablement.
• Continuously work towards enhancing the digital capabilities of the organization.

Experience in digital product management/enhancementEntrepreneurial and result-oriented mindset

A successful Digital Enablement Specialist should have:

• A degree in Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
• Profound knowledge of digital platforms and tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret digital data.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• A solution-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus.
• Proven ability to lead and manage digital projects.
