Business Controller

Then, you must be the right candidate to join our Swiss controlling team as Business Controller for prestigious Jewellery and Watchmaking Maisons (such as Van Cleef and Arpels)!

You will be successful in the role by:

• Acting as the local Finance business partner to comment on, challenge and explain financial performance and providing them support in order to facilitate appropriate decision making
• Leading the budget process in collaboration with local commercial teams and Headquarter and following-up on deviations vs plan
• Participating to the monthly closings and be the finance referent
• Managing one team member of the controlling team

Your future team members:

• You will work closely with controlling, accounting and Maisons operational teams
• The controlling team is young, dynamic, dedicated, always open to new ideas
• You will interact with colleagues from very diverse Richemont functions, in the Swiss market and at the regional level

Your competencies:

• You hold a Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent in an analytics-related field (management, marketing, economics)
• You have three to five years of work experience in finance (audit or controlling)
• You are dedicated, flexible and autonomous
• You have a high mental agility, strong analytical skills and a good knowledge of finance & accounting
• You are fluent in English and have a good knowledge of French
• SAP, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint have no secret for you
