Requirements
As a Talent Enablement Partner, you will:
- Connect with and assess pre-qualified professionals via phone/Zoom, understanding their career aspirations and suitability for our growth-focused programs.
- Establish strong rapport with individuals, demonstrating the transformative value of our learning modules through your own professional approach.
- Implement marketing strategies across platforms like LinkedIn (full training provided) to expand our reach and connect with potential partners.
- Proactively build and nurture your business pipeline, supported by dedicated mentorship and proven success tools.
- Collaborate with and support fellow team members, sharing expertise to foster collective growth and achievement.
- Immerse yourself in our learning and development resources, embodying a commitment to continuous self-growth.
- Engage in regular training sessions with company leaders to enhance your business acumen and career perspective.
