Vacancy: Customer Service Representative 100% (f/m/x) - We are looking for Customer Service Representative (f/m/x) to start immediately for our client, a trading company based in Zürich. For this position, the employee in question will be hired on a project basis.
The support, placement and all of our additional services are free of charge for you as the applicant.
Your Responsibilities as Customer Service Representative 100% (f/m/x)- Processing customer inquiries and correspondence in German, French, and/or Italian.
- Coordination of the sales team's schedules.
- Support with general office tasks and accounting-related duties.
- Completed basic commercial training
- Experience in internal sales or a similar role
- Excellent MS Office skills and ideally experience with an ERP solution
- Polished communication skills in German, French, and Italian
