Payroll specialist - International Payroll Coordination (EMEA)

Coordinate payroll processes operationally with local payroll providers in each of the approximately 10 EMEA countries.
- Collect, verify, and submit payroll variables accurately and on time.
- Ensure data quality and compliance with payroll requirements.
- Work closely with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, meeting tight deadlines.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and process automation.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
- Highly proficient in Excel with strong data manipulation and analytical skills.
- international payroll experiece is a plus
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of payroll software and systems.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills and team player mindset.
- Proactive, motivated, and able to perform well under pressure.
