HR Data Analytics Intern
The objective of this internship is to enrich your academic background with a stimulating professional experience in an international environment.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
You will support the HR department in developing, maintaining, and improving data analytics solutions to support strategic HR decision-making. You will also work closely with the Reward & HR Controlling team and HR Functions to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems.
Data Analysis & Reporting- Participate to the creation, improvement and monitoring of Power BI Dashboards to track key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruitment, overtime, balance) monthly.
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests from HR Business Partners and other stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data in the different systems by supporting the implementation of data quality checks and processes.
- Maintain documentation of data sources, data definitions, and data processes.
- Identify opportunities to automate HR processes using tools like Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power Automate and VBA.
- Support the implementation of new HR systems and technologies.
- You are/was enrolled in a Master’s degree or equivalent (HEC, HEG, etc.).
- You are comfortable with data analytics tool and really enjoy it daily.
- You are rigorous, and analytical skills are part of your nature.
- You speak fluently French and English.
- You are a good listener, curious and bring a collaborative attitude.
- Excel has no secret for you. Knowledge of Power BI is an asset.
- Available for a 6-month internship with starting date from 01.09.2025.
