Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and specialised positions, from intake meetings and sourcing strategy through interviews, offer management and hiring.
- Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to hiring managers, providing expertise and guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Lead detailed intake discussions to understand business needs while challenging hiring managers on profiles, requirements, expectations and recruitment strategy when necessary.
- Provide constructive pushback based on market realities, talent availability, compensation expectations and recruitment best practices.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear and effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Proactively identify, approach and engage specialised talent through direct sourcing, professional networks and relevant recruitment channels.
- Build strong pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Use recruitment data and market insights to influence decision-making and propose alternative approaches when required.
- Advise hiring managers on candidate selection, interview strategy and overall recruitment best practices.
- Drive recruitment processes forward by creating alignment, managing expectations and ensuring timely decision-making.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience while balancing candidate expectations with business needs.
- Collaborate effectively with HR and other internal stakeholders across an international and matrix environment.
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Partner or experienced Recruitment Consultant, ideally managing complex and specialised recruitment.
- Strong expertise in recruiting technical and highly specialised profiles.
- A genuine consultative mindset: you are not simply an order taker, but a recruitment expert who can advise, influence and guide hiring managers.
- Demonstrated ability to challenge stakeholders and provide constructive pushback, including with senior hiring managers.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand the wider context behind a recruitment need.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to defend recommendations supported by market knowledge and data.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities, particularly for niche and difficult-to-find talent.
- Ability to identify when a recruitment strategy is unlikely to succeed and proactively propose realistic alternatives.
- Comfortable working autonomously, managing multiple priorities and taking ownership of recruitment processes.
- Experience working in an international or matrix organisation would be a strong advantage.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages would be an asset.
Role with autonomy, visibility and direct exposure to key stakeholders, where you will be expected to bring your expertise, challenge existing thinking and actively influence recruitment decisions.
