Private Assets Transaction Specialist (8 months fixed term contract)

Your team

Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.

Based in Geneva, you will be joining a dynamic team of nine that plays a central role in supporting transactions involving private assets.

• Gather additional information from the bank’s records about ordering parties and final beneficiaries.
• Request further information from client relationship managers if necessary.
• Follow up on reminders and ensure the information gathered is properly saved.
• Update data in Avaloq.

• University degree (Bachelor’s) in Business and/or Economics, or the equivalent in work experience in the finance industry.
• At ease with IT systems (E front, Avaloq) and software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience in private equity and real estate operations would be a plus.
• Rigorous, autonomous, team player.
• Ability to learn quickly, client-oriented.
• Fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills.
• Must be resident in Switzerland.
