Tasks
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Lead by Example: Engage in personal growth and leadership development, modeling the change you aim to create and encouraging it in others.
- Build and Support: Mentor, motivate, and contribute to a positive, growth-focused team environment.
- Attract and Engage Talent: Identify and connect with aligned individuals who resonate with our mission and values.
- Drive Digital Visibility: Support online marketing initiatives using social platforms to expand reach and engagement (training provided).
- Guide Meaningful Conversations: Conduct structured discovery calls to understand individual goals and present relevant solutions.
- Follow a Proven Outreach Process: Use established systems, scripts, and strategies to support engagement.
- Manage Your Workflow: Organize your schedule independently to align with performance goals and personal productivity.
Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Team Leadership, Marketing, Business Development or People & Culture : You have a strong track record of driving results and creating value across business functions.
- Ability to Work Independently: You thrive in a flexible work environment and excel at setting and meeting your own goals without supervision.
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: You know how to build trust, communicate value, and create long-lasting professional relationships.
