Industrial & Facilities Project Manager

Act as interim lead for facilities and utilities engineering programs.
  • Take ownership of ongoing and critical projects to ensure continuity and delivery.
  • Stabilize, structure, and prioritize facilities and utilities engineering activities.
  • Lead project execution in line with timelines, budgets, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Manage capital expenditure, project KPIs, and reporting to site leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, environmental, and safety requirements.
  • Oversee technical documentation, URS, risk analyses, and change controls.
  • Coordinate validation activities and support regulatory inspections as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and R&D teams.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and temporary line management to engineering resources.
  • Act as escalation point and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
6‑month high-impact consulting mission at site leadership level.Strategic role combining engineering expertise and project delivery.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
  • Proven experience in consulting or transformational role is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project or program management.
  • Solid experience in facilities, utilities, or industrial engineering in GMP environment.
  • Strong exposure to regulated industries (pharma, biotech).
  • Solid understanding of ISO standards.
  • Strong experience
  • Hands-on experience with validation and regulatory inspections.
  • Ability to quickly assess situations and deliver pragmatic solutions.
  • Strong leadership, autonomy, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
