Manage corporate secretarial matters for multiple jurisdictions, ensuring strong governance standards
- Support corporate structuring initiatives, including potential relocation of headquarters and international expansion
- Contribute to compliance and internal audit topics in collaboration with global teams
- Assist on cross-border investments and projects, particularly in growth regions
- Gradually support the review and negotiation of trading and commercial contracts
- 3-8 years of experience in corporate law, ideally within an international environment (law firm or in-house)
- Swiss-qualified lawyer (essential requirement)
- Strong command of English (mandatory); French is a plus
- Hands-on, adaptable, and business-oriented mindset with the ability to work across multiple topics
- Solid exposure to corporate governance and a strong interest in trading activities
