Your role and responsibilities

This position is based in Europe.

• Develop effective sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring that suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet current and future requirements.
• Focus on quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability when identifying, investigating, and selecting suppliers.
• Negotiate agreements with key suppliers and periodically renew price lists, terms, and conditions.
• Manage the planning and tracking of procurement activities, cost budgets, emerging market spending, and forecasts.
• Plan, design, and implement cost-reduction programs and processes to meet financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and risk management practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business strategies.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SCM category management, specializing in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services), PCBAs, components, and box-build assembly.
• Proficiency in procurement stem (SAP/SAP Ariba, Sourcing and Contracts) and data analytics tools (MS Office applications)
• A history of effectively managing cost-saving projects relevant to your area of oversight.
• Degree in Business Engineering or Electrical Engineering; a specialized degree in Supply Chain Management is a valuable asset.
• Fluency in English.
