Join our dynamic investment middle office team at a leading insurance company, where you will execute, collate, confirm, and settle information for a diverse range of financial products, including Money Market, FX/FFX, Fixed Income, Equities, and Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETDs)!

• Maintaining and reporting cash and security positions in portfolios on an actual or contractual basis.
• Reconciling cash, transactions, securities positions and market values against custodian, administrator or clearing house and resolving breaks.
• Resolving late trade settlements by working together with custodians and/or administrators.
• Investigating and resolving settlement and interest claims.
• Monitoring cash positioning, in and out flows, overdrafts, liquidity and cash sweeping exercises.
• Calculating derivatives values and margin requirements.
• Processing of payments as required by broker/exchange.
• Managing collateral obligations with brokers, custodians, or managers.
• Providing settlement instructions for derivative trades to the custodian and/or administrator.
• Reconciling collaterals, derivative trades and positions with counterparties and managers.
• This is a temporary position until 31.12.2026. A permanent contract is possible

• Bachelor's / master's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related fields.
• At least 4 years of experience in a Middle Office position within the financial sector (Banks, insurance companies, capital or fund management firms, etc.).
• Expertise in holding/reconciliation roles across multiple asset classes, with preference for candidates with ETDs experience.
• Experience in working with brokers, exchanges, custodians and clearing houses to ensure accuracy and integrity of transactions.
• Knowledge of collateral management processes and procedures.
• Experience with BlackRock Aladdin, SAP TRM.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across the entire trade lifecycle value chain: Front Office, Counterparties/brokers, Custodians, etc.
• Positive and resilient person with ability to work with precision under pressure.
• Language: German and professional level of English required.
