HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

We are seeking an experienced professional in HR administration and payroll management, with a strong service mindset and a high sensitivity to confidentiality and data protection.

YOUR FUTURE ROLE WILL REQUIRE YOU TO

HR Administration
  • Manage administrative documents linked to employee life cycle: work permit, child allowance, AVS number request, etc.
  • Provide time management support: correction of clocking, monitoring of counters, shift schedule, leaves quota, etc.
  • Control & analysis all employee-related information in SAP HR
Salary Administration
  • Accurately gather, verify, and input fixed and variable payroll information
  • Edit and control the documents necessary for payroll preparation
  • Edit annual documents (withholding taxes, salary certificates, etc.)
  • Ensure the accuracy of payroll documents
Support for Employees, Managers and HR team
  • Provide support to users of existing HR tools (Time Management, Self-Service portal)
  • Answer questions relating to pay slips, annual tax documents, social insurance, taxation, annual calendar, counters and hour balances, etc.
  • Organize and/or participate in the organization of information sessions for employees
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?
  • Swiss HR certificate a must-have, Brevet Federal a great asset.
  • Fluency in French and English to interact with our international community.
  • Proven experience of 3 year minimum in payroll administration is essential.
  • SAP HR knowledge is recommended
  • Strong skills in salary administration, customer service orientation, autonomy, adaptability, priority management, pragmatism, attention to detail, organization, and team spirit.
