Onboarding Specialist Private Banking
Aufgaben
Responsible for account openings and reviewing existing customer files / Correct identification of customers by checking and validating complex customer information structures / Independent due diligence and assessment of information in customer files / Correct selection of forms in accordance with VSB20, KYC/AML as well as FATCA/QI and CRS/AIA / Ensuring the completeness and correctness of customer information with regard to compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements / Maintaining interfaces with Legal & Compliance and Front Office / Monitoring and controlling customer information in the customer data system / Collaborating on the further automation of the department / Ad hoc project work.
Qualifikation
Professional experience in private banking, trusts, family offices, or compliance consulting (Big Four) / Knowledge of customer identification processes and onboarding regulations / Knowledge of VSB 20 and AML rules and processes, as well as general operational knowledge of FATCA/QI and CRS/AIA / Flair for IT and interest in standard banking systems such as SimCorp, Finnova, Avaloq, etc./ Analytical, open, team-oriented personality with quick comprehension / Generalist, holistic, flexible mindset / Reliability and discretion / Proficient in MS Office / Languages: German and English.
