MOVU is a Zurich-based startup that is shaking up the moving and cleaning market! We take on every challenge in these areas to make our customers' experience as pleasant as possible.

Our team consists of 35 people, 20 of whom are based in Zurich. We are young and dynamic; no clocking in, no fixed hours, and no dress code. We focus on the important things: enjoyment, performance, and creativity. Our goal is to optimize our processes and increase our visibility throughout Switzerland.

Tasks

What can you expect from us?

You'll join a dynamic team and play an active role in our collaborative efforts. Your focus will be on the daily monitoring of our partner companies, with your primary goal being to nurture and strengthen these important relationships. Working hand-in-hand with our Customer Care team, you'll be particularly involved in the following key areas:

  • Direct customer/company contact (mainly with our partners companies) via phone or email in French
  • Support and assistance for partners companies
  • In-person meetings with our partner companies
  • Actively acquiring and onboarding new partner companies
  • Monitoring and ensuring quality standards
  • Optimization of processes in the Key Account department
  • Further development of offers and products for partners
  • Contributing to revenue growth for our software solution BIXIN
  • Many other independent projects

Requirements

What do we expect from you?

As an open and honest person, you are diligent, willing to learn and develop yourself. You are interested in many areas and work accurately and reliably. You have the following qualities
  • Excellent French (mother tongue preferred, C1 minimum) and English (C1 minimum) skills, German skills are an advantage but not mandatory
  • Enthusiasm for customer contact (partners and clients)
  • Quick grasp of new concepts
  • High level of initiative and independent working style
  • Confident and professional demeanor when dealing with clients
  • Good sales skills
  • Strong affinity for the new technologies
  • A maximum of 2 - 3 years of experience in the key account sector (we are primarily looking for Junior profiles)
  • A university degree is an advantage but not strictly required
