Part of the HQ Transformation department and reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation, you will play a key role in driving digital projects. As a core member of our PMO (Project Management Office), you will promote transversality & efficiency and support Digital Transformation initiatives across the organization.Based in our HQ, you will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders (Piaget HQ & Market teams, Richemont teams, digital agencies…) to support the digital transformation of the Maison.
This position is available as a 6-month fixed-term contract starting in October.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Application Project Management & Product Ownership:
Support change management for user adoption.
- Digital Transformation Projects Management:
Maintain and evolve existing applications, monitor KPIs, and drive change management for user adoption.
- PMO:
Play a central role within Piaget, leading the consolidation of the global technical & digital roadmap. Represent the Maison in strategic meetings, animate our community, and foster cross-functional collaboration across teams.
The exceptional skills we are looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital project management.
- Proven cross-organizational collaboration skills
- Strong project management skills; detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Client-focused and solution-driven business approach
- Agile, proactive, innovative, curious and results oriented.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude.
- Fluent English and French.
