HR Manager - Part Time

NB. This is a part time, 3 days/22.5 hours per week position. We are flexible as to how the hours are managed across the week e.g. 3 full days or spread across 5 days.
Your key responsibilities as an HR Manager will include:
- Providing HR consulting and support to managers across Europe on legal, compliance, and compensation matters.
- Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, exits, and employee relations, while coaching line managers through complex situations.
- Overseeing HR operations and administration across multiple locations, including payroll, contracts, databases, and audits.
- Promoting our people culture through engagement activities such as community days and team-building events.
- Supporting performance management and reward cycles in collaboration with HR Business Partners and line managers.
- Coordinating office management tasks and ensuring smooth operations with the help of local team members.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an HR Manager:
- You must have proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally supporting remote teams across multiple regions.
- You will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Organisational Development, or a related field.
- You should have strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate across all levels.
- You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- You must be fluent in both German and English, with the ability to work confidentially and navigate complex environments.
