Senior Legal & Compliance DACH region - Healthcare industry

As Legal Counsel, you will provide comprehensive legal support across a broad range of commercial and compliance matters within the DACH region.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising on a wide range of commercial contracts (service agreements, supplier contracts, key account agreements, financing arrangements).
  • Supporting sales and marketing teams on legal matters while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.
  • Managing compliance-related activities, including third-party sponsorship agreements, grants, and monitoring of travel and expenses.
  • Collaborating closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure high standards of legal and ethical conduct.
  • Covering primarily Switzerland and Austria, with occasional involvement in Germany.

  • Swiss-educated lawyer (Bachelor and Master obtained in Switzerland), ideally Swiss-qualified (bar admission is a strong asset).
  • 5-10 years of experience with a strong background in commercial contract law; experience in compliance is a significant plus.
  • Proven exposure to the healthcare sector (pharmaceuticals or medical devices) is required.
  • Fluent in French, English, and German (mandatory).
  • Ability to operate effectively in a complex, international environment and manage cross-border legal matters.
