Controller Private Equity Investments

Aufgaben

Responsible for controlling the financial processes and reporting of private equity funds and related investment vehicles / Controlling the monthly and quarterly net asset value (NAV), management and incentive fee calculations, capital calls and distributions / Controlling the annual financial audits and liaising with auditors and fund administrators / Managing the fund treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, capital planning and liquidity analysis / Ensuring reporting to investors and handling ad-hoc requests / Monitoring and evaluating expenses, provisions and budgeting and supporting the valuation process of private equity investments / Ongoing communication with analyst teams to gain insights into fund performance, transaction modeling and the impact of structuring on financials / Monitoring internal controls and optimizing operational controlling processes.

Qualifikation

Bachelor's or Master's degree / CPA or ACCA an advantage / Knowledge of private equity investments / Professional experience with a fund manager or in asset management at a bank or big-four company with a focus on fund auditing / Analytical personality with entrepreneurial thinking / Structured, fast and precise way of working / Quick comprehension and networked thinking / Team and client-oriented working style / Good organizational, communication and social skills / IT flair and good MS Office skills / German and English.
