Finance, Accounting and HR Manager (H/F/X)

• You oversee core finance and accounting activities, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow follow-up and performance analysis.
• You manage key HR and payroll-related processes, covering employee administration, lifecycle management, compliance and internal coordination.
• You act as a business partner for management teams, supporting decision-making, operational alignment and process improvement.
• You ensure reliable internal controls, audit coordination, tax-related follow-up and compliance with applicable Swiss regulations.
• You lead, support and develop team members while contributing to systems, tools and organizational improvements.

• You have strong experience in finance and accounting management, ideally with exposure to HR, payroll or broader administrative responsibilities.
• You are comfortable working in an international and structured environment with financial reporting, audits, internal controls and operational processes.
• You have experience with ERP systems, financial tools and advanced Excel-based analysis or reporting.
• You are organized, reliable and able to manage priorities while collaborating with different stakeholders.
• You are professionally fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
